Trevor Schulze is the Chief Information Officer at Genesys. In this role, he leads the global information technology organization and is responsible for advancing the company’s AI and cloud strategy in support of continued innovation and growth. With more than 30 years of experience, Trevor has a demonstrated ability to drive enterprise innovation at scale. His expertise spans AI, cloud, and customer-centric digital transformation, enabling organizations to deliver business outcomes through technology solutions. Prior to joining Genesys, Trevor was Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Alteryx, where he led the company’s enterprise AI initiatives and digital transformation. He previously held CIO and senior leadership roles at RingCentral and Micron Technology, overseeing strategic programs in customer experience, cloud modernization, and enterprise technology. Earlier in his career, Trevor held senior IT leadership roles at Broadcom Corporation, Advanced Micro Devices, and Cisco Systems.
